Some other examples of Team Building Activities we can include are:

Stunt Relay Races

  • Teams are tasked with completing a series of mini stunts like rolls, falls, and jumps in a relay format. Each team member performs one stunt before tagging the next person.
Survival Skill Challenges
  • Groups are taught basic survival skills like building a fire or setting up a shelter. They then race against other teams to complete these tasks the quickest.
Rappelling / Rappelling Trust Exercises
  • Learn Rapelling and even tactical Rapelling (walking down, facing down or the 'Spiderman', just like you see in the movies. For an additional challenge we can use this as a trust exercise where one team member guides another who is blindfolded down a rappelling course, requiring excellent communication and trust (This is a controlled descent with additional safety measures in place)
Cook-Off Challenges
  • Teams must forage for ingredients and then cook a simple meal over an open fire. Bonus points for creativity and taste.
Nature Scavenger Hunts
  • Teams are given a list of natural items to find within a set time frame. This can be integrated with lessons about local flora and fauna.
Team Orienteering Activities
  • Teams are given basic map and compass skills, then set loose to find specific waypoints. Time and accuracy are both factors.
Stunt Choreography Activities
  • Each team is given a short time to come up with a simple choreographed fight or action scene, supported by our professional coaches and instructors who then train you to perform your chosen stunts before making your own Action Film. Teams can also compete. We can film and edit in-house or train you how to assist us in this. The final screenings are done in our in-house Cinema
Kidnap / Rescue Missions
  • A staged rescue mission where teams must use their newly learned survival or tactical skills and stunts to "rescue" a team member from a pre-set scenario.
The Ultimate Obstacle Course - Storm The Academy
  • Using a variety of stunts, tactical skills, and physical challenges we'll set the whole Academy into an obstacle course format. Guided by our instructors you'll have to enter, navigate, climb, breach, jump and storm the building while completing challenges and games at every step, using our entire facility. Teams can be timed and scored based on completion and skills
Camping and Night-time Navigation in the Forests of Norway
  • Using basic navigation skills, teams must reach a destination in the dark, building trust and honing navigational skills.
