Description

The first of our Gyms contains electric fitness machines and includes running, climbing, rowing and step / mountain machines. The room is available to hire for film or fitness use and can be included in events packages. We don’t remove the machines but it is possible to have them rearranged or moved to one side of the space with advanced notice. As with all our gyms, a charge will be made for any damage and if equipment is misused activities can be terminated instantly by our staff. We can provide equipment training and instructors if required. Please note that all fitness activities are undertaken at the individuals own risk. The ISA accepts no liability if you get fitter and grow muscles while using our facilities ;). We also accept no liability for pulls, strains, injury or medical issues that arise from individuals own actions. The hire of our Gym / Fitness spaces includes the requirement to sign a waiver that all people involved take responsibility for themselves and make their own decisions as to what they can or cannot do. 

When hiring our gyms you do get free use of the group shower room (4 showers and a changing area). We do not have lockers or take responsibility for individuals personal posessions. Gym / fitness clothing is not available for rent and a cleaning fee is included in the day hire rate.
