The International Stunt Academy offers a 5 day Fire Stunt Course. upon completion this course awards 2 Certificates (Fire Stunt Safety Crew + Fire Stunt Performer). This course is suitable for beginners or professionals and includes the course materials, exams and dertificates, dry training and a Fire Stunt (filmed) at the end of the week.

Course Schedule (9am - 5pm with breaks for lunch and refreshments)
• Monday: Introduction and basics (Classroom day)
• Tuesday: Dry Training on techniques and communications
• Wednesday: Exam day for Fire Safety accreditation (Valid for 2 years) + Fire Stunt Planning
• Risk Assessment + Dry Training
• Rehearsal & Prep then each participant performs their Fire Stunt
Course Fee: 9,500 NOK
Accommodation @ The ISA: Self Catering Accommodation is available at The ISA @ 350 Nok per night, per person. This is for a single room with own private wash room. Cooking can be done in a shared kitchen. Hotels and AirBnB are available nearby.

Custom courses and bespoke Fire Stunt Training are also available on request. Additional training in other disciplines can be added to your stay upon request.
This course includes 1 part-body burn. Additional burns / stunts can be purchased as upgrades.
All participants must bring their own 100% wool Base Layers. Polyester / nylon is permitted, if you do not provide these you will be unable to perform. The ISA provides the additional Fireproof layers and all gel's.
The Fire Stunts happen on the Friday evening (ideally after dark) for best visual effect. Plan to travel home on the Saturday morning.
Public transport directly to the Academy is unavailable. Nearest Rail Station is Skarnes, taxi's are available. We can provide a pickup / drop off from the nearest station which must be booked in advance (400 NOK per person, each way).
Safety First! Fire Stunts require a mature and professional approach at all times. Unsafe behaviour or inability to follow procedure may result in you being unable to participate. No refunds will be given if you are unable to train and work safely. All participants of ISA Courses choose to take part at their own risk and are required to sign a waiver before they perform their stunt. Non-Norwegian Citizens, on arrival, must present a copy of their Travel Insurance certificate which must include Health Cover. The ISA accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items. Any damage to our rooms or equipment will be charged at checkout and must be settled in full.
