- Safety Briefing and Introduction
We’ll kick off the day with a comprehensive safety briefing, focusing on the specific risks and precautions involved in car exits and hits. - Car Exit Techniques
Learn the essentials of safely exiting a moving vehicle in a way that looks dynamic and realistic on camera. We’ll cover everything from low-speed exits to high-energy jumps, making sure you’re prepared for any kind of on-screen scenario. - Controlled Falls and Rolls
Master the art of controlled falls and rolls as you exit the car. We’ll teach you how to absorb impact without injury while delivering a convincing performance. - Break for Lunch (Bring your own food and refreshments)
- Car Hit Techniques
Get hands-on with one of the most intense stunts in the industry. We’ll guide you through the choreography and safety measures required to take a car hit like a pro. Whether you’re being “nudged” or thrown by a car, you’ll learn how to make it look powerful and real while staying safe. - Rehearsals and Scene Setup
After learning the core techniques, you’ll rehearse the full sequence of car exits and hits, working with your instructors to perfect timing and camera angles. - Final Prep and Filming
Once you’re confident, it’s time to put your skills into action. We’ll professionally film your car exits and hits in dynamic, cinematic setups so you can add them to your reel or showcase them on social media.

Terms & Conditions for The ISA Car Exits and Car Hits 1 Day Course
This course and all materials can be delivered in English, Norwegian or Swedish.
This course includes Car Exits and Car Hits as the primary focus. Additional stunts or training can be purchased as upgrades. Custom courses and bespoke Stunt Training are available upon request. Additional training in other stunt disciplines can be added to your stay upon request.
Participants must bring appropriate clothing, including suitable attire for outdoor work and controlled falls (comfortable, flexible clothing and training shoes). Hire of stunt-related protective gear (PPE) is available and please let us know in advance if you require this. We can provide rental of required PPE for an additional fee of 500 NOK.
Performances are outdoors, and weather conditions may affect the schedule. We aim to conduct the course regardless of weather, but in cases of extreme weather, safety will always come first, and rescheduling may be required.
Transport to and from the Academy is by taxi, personal vehicle (free parking available), or we can arrange a pickup/dropoff service from local stations and hotels. Pickup from the nearest rail station, Skarnes, the nearest local hotel is included in the course fee. Please inform us of your travel needs in advance.

Car stunts, including exits and hits, are safe when done correctly, but this type of work requires a mature and professional attitude at all times and there is always a risk of injury if you do not follow guidance carefully or try to push beyond your capabilities.
Unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructor guidance may result in your inability to participate. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to train or perform safely.
The use of alcohol prior to or during training is strictly prohibited. If we suspect alcohol consumption, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued. This is for your safety and the safety of others.
All participants choose to take part in ISA courses at their own risk. We believe in fostering informed consent, meaning you will be involved in the planning process and will be fully aware of the methods, risks, and how we work to minimize them. All participants must sign a waiver before performing any practical work or car stunts.
ID required on arrival: On arrival, we will require a copy of your ID/Passport. No personal data will be retained or used, and any copies of documents can be deleted after course completion.
Responsibility for Personal Items:The ISA accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items during your time with us.
Any damage to our facilities or equipment caused by the participant will be charged accordingly.
